Individual rate: $125/hour

This rate is designed to keep supervision accessible for social workers building their own futures.
 

Employer/agency-funded rate: $200/hour
When an organization is covering supervision costs, the calculus is different. Companies that invest in quality supervision benefit directly — through reduced liability, stronger clinical outcomes, and better staff retention. This rate reflects the organizational value of well-supervised social workers, and it also allows me to keep the individual rate sustainable.

This isn't a sliding scale based on hardship — it's a rate structure based on who reaps the reward. A clinician investing in themselves deserves one kind of support. An organization investing in its workforce is making a business decision, and the pricing reflects that.
